Word count, measured not estimated
Your file is parsed and every translatable word is counted. Repetitions inside the document are recognised by the translation memory, so you never pay twice for the same sentence.
Method & pricing
Pricing is simply your word count multiplied by a rate per word, and the rate depends on one thing: how specialised the text is. Reviewing existing translations costs a fraction of translating them. There are no project fees, no rush surcharges and no minimum contracts — only a small-project minimum so tiny jobs remain worth doing carefully.

02
The text is weighed for medical, technical, regulatory and campaign-copy signals, plus sentence density. That decides whether the general or specialised rate applies — the assessment is shown to you, and confirmed by hand before anything is agreed.
03
We work in a professional CAT environment with translation memory, glossaries and AI assistance. AI accelerates repetition and consistency; it never decides tone, nuance or clinical meaning. Every segment passes a human.
04
Proofreading is not an upsell. Production time in every estimate you see already contains the review pass, because we don't deliver text that nobody has read twice.
05
Estimated hours are matched against the planning calendar — the work already booked in — plus a delivery buffer. That's why the earliest date the tool offers is a date we can actually keep.
06
Finished files arrive on the agreed date by the delivery route you chose, in the same format you sent, with translation memory and glossary retained for your next project.
We publish the mechanism rather than a price list, because the honest answer depends on your actual text. Upload it and you'll see the exact figure in seconds — or ask us and we'll quote it by email. All prices exclude VAT.
